Autumn’s Landing

On the tree-lined street

blazing, brilliant golds and reds

like leaf landing lights

tempted to lose all hope but did not. It was God who made the difference.

Like a red carpet
For cars and folks on the road
It blesses the way

Oh I like that closing alliteration- “leaf landing lights.” It makes you look at the pictures with a new perspective.
