Our tenacious terrier mix, Sami. B- 2007 D- 12/30/21

She was just a stray.

But her spirit stole our hearts.

Thank you so much, Beth. I know you understand. Sami was a spunky little terrier mix who entertained us for 14 years. We miss her, but didn’t want her to suffer a drastically reduced quality of life—after her second stroke.

So, so sorry for your loss. My rescued beagle died on 12/23/21. Had him for five years (I adopt Sr. dogs). I’m heartbroken. He gave me so much more than I ever gave him. Diane

Sorry to hear about the loss of your dear senior pet, Diane. We have a Beagle friend next door who is like part of the family. We lost our little Sami Jo on 12/30/21. Her friend and adopted younger brother, Cooper. is still with us. He is a 12 year old diabetic Schnauzer with heart issues. Yet he enjoys doggie life. Not sure if he misses his sister.
