Perfect words for that sunrise through the frost David. The sun melted the frost in the woods quicky as the Son melts cold hearts exposed to the love of Jesus.

Thank you, Gary! I’m sure you noticed I “borrowed “ the title for this poem from your photo description. I was up in MSP this past week. ‘‘Twas a balmy -5. Thought of you and wished I had the time to drive north.

That would have been fun. We are 5 hours (if the roads were good, they aren’t) north and about 20 degrees colder much of the time. The bright side is we have a guest room and the fish are occasionally biting.
