That’s great, love it. I have watched those birds circle all the way to the ground and then sit there in the snow wondering what just happened.

We have nuthatches here, as well. It’s peculiar how they navigate in a spiral down a tree. Not unlike a Christian going one way in the world.

We’ve had one visit our cedar tree. It’s interesting to watch it descend down the trunk counter clockwise. I’m surprised Gary gets such great shots in the dead of winter—Northern Minnesota style. My hands would be shaking and teeth chattering too much to get a decent photo. 🥶
